Natural Resources Program | Certification

Description

This program is intended for high school students attending from within the district. College credits may be available as part of this program. Students from outside the district or adults who are not enrolled in high school can contact the center to apply for this program, as well.

The students who enroll in the Natural Resources program like to be outdoors. The main areas of study are the following: safety, forestry, natural history, water, soils, agriculture, and horticulture.

This program includes the following credentials: Game of Logging Chainsaw Safety Training Certification Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, ACT National Career Readiness Certificate.
