Youth Development Program

The Youth Development Program supports young people who have ever been in State custody. It provides students with one-on-one to help with living an independent life through:

  • Education and career planning
  • Referrals to other types of counseling
  • Accessing healthcare and housing supports

Earn a College Degree

Earn your Associate or Bachelor’s degree at a school designed specifically for students living with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Landmark also offers minors, concentrations, and summer programs for grade school students.

Bridge Experience

A one-semester program to help recent high school graduates and current college students gain academic and life skills to support their college experience. Students can expect:

  • Core classes in learning styles and writing
  • Elective classes
  • Academic advisor

College Steps

College Steps provides one-on-one support for students with social, communication, and learning challenges. The program serves three groups of students:

  • Enrolled college students
  • High school seniors interested in a college experience
  • Returning students interested in a certificate program

College steps is available through Castleton University and the Lyndon and Johnson campuses of Northern Vermont University

Think College Vermont

Think College Vermont is a two-year certificate program for students living with intellectual or developmental disabilities. It is through the University of Vermont in Burlington and provides:

  • Academic and social support
  • Peer mentorship from other students
  • Career exploration and planning

Online Dual Enrollment

Small, online classes for high school Junior and Seniors who may struggle learning in a classroom. Landmark allows students to explore careers and build academic skills all while getting college credit in high school. Learn more and apply here.
