The Energy Works Training Program prepares you for jobs in the clean energy industry. The program for jobs in weatherization provides both technical training (Building Science Principles and job shadowing) and workforce preparation skills (job expectations, time management, interview preparation, etc.). Students can also participate in the Energy Works Heat Pump Installation and Solar Panel Installation programs.
These trainings are free and participants will receive a $500 stipend for completing each program and passing the Building Science Principles certificate exam.
