Vermont Works for Women (VWW) provides employment and career services for women who have a history with or are currently involved with the justice system.
Services are available for women at Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility (CRCF) in South Burlington. Support includes a career resource center and career coaching with a gender and trauma-responsive approach. VWW also helps you build skills, set goals, develop and launch plans.

The inclusive entrepreneurship programs at Mercy Connections “provide education and access for people traditionally excluded from the business world.” The programs offer a variety of business coaching programming.
