This program is intended for high school students attending from within the district. Students from outside the district or adults who are not enrolled in high school can contact the center to apply.
Description
From sourcing ingredients to artistically presenting them on a plate, Baking & Culinary Arts will teach you recipes, methods, and new trends in food preparation. In lecture and lab, learn basic principles, methods and preparations, customer service skills, culinary math, and workplace skills.
This program includes the following credentials: National Restaurant Association-ServSafe Food Handler, ACT National Career Readiness Certificate.
